Many cringe with fear when they hear the word "dietitian," wrongfully thinking it a term synonymous with "food police." At SoCal Nutrition & Wellness, an "all foods can fit" approach to nutrition is embraced. This means that you will not be told that you cannot eat certain foods nor will you ever be given a list of "good" and "bad" foods. Instead, the foods you love will be worked into a healthy food plan that you can realistically follow.
