An intuitive eater is able to distinguish between physical and emotional feelings, and is able to eat unconditionally. Learning to be an intuitive eater is a process that involves making peace with food and rejecting the "diet" mentality. Helping you learn how to listen to your body is one of the first steps SoCal Nutrition & Wellness will take in assisiting you to become an intuitive eater. Most people naturally reach their weight goals simply by becoming intuitive eaters.
