Whether you are a professional or amateur athlete, recreational exerciser, or a weekend warrior, a consultation with a Registered Dietitian can benefit you. Individual and group sport nutrition sessions are available with SoCal Nutrition & Wellness. Our dietitian is a Board Certified Specialist in Sports Dietetics, which means she is aptly qualified to help you plan a sound nutritional regimen for your level of exercise.  

Individual Nutrition Counseling
One-on-one counseling sessions are available for athletes who want in-depth personalized information. For example, athletes are often seeking a weight-gain or weight-loss plan plan, vegetarian tips, help with eating challenges, or individual eating plans for competition. Our sports performance package offers a unique way to save on sessions by planning ahead.

Nutrition Seminars or Workshops
A variety of topics are available for seminars such as Marathon/Half-Marathon Nutrition, Nutrition for Athletes with Diabetes, Hydration, Nutrition for Weight Lifting, and many others. Participants, including athletes and interested parents, will receive take-home handouts to reinforce the information presented. Sessions usually last 60 to 90 minutes.
