In order to get started, please schedule your initial 90-minute session using the scheduling calendar below. If you would like to speak on the phone before committing to an appointment, you have the option of scheduling a 15 minute Q&A phone call on the scheduling calendar as well.

Please keep in mind that your scheduled appointment is a reservation of the dietitian’s time. If for any reason you are unable to attend your scheduled appointment, please be sure to cancel within 24 (Tuesday – Friday) to 72 hours (Monday appointments) to avoid being charged the full session fee.

Once you have scheduled an appointment, you will receive a confirmation email from “Healthie,” the practice management and telehealth platform used by this practice.  You will then be instructed to login to Healthie and complete some intake forms that allow me to get to know a bit about you before our scheduled session. Please complete all the forms and store your credit card information (it’s secure!) so that we can spend all of your session time on YOU rather than paperwork and technical details. You can also upload documents such as medical records or lab results directly to Healthie (this is more secure than email) or download the app to use the visual food record.
