If you’ve read or are interested in reading Intuitive Eating for Diabetes, then consider joining our 9-week group to connect and reflect on the content in a small, supportive community.
Each week’s theme will correspond to a chapter in the book. Each participant will have a chance to ask a question pertaining to the topic and receive support or feedback from Janice and the group.

When: Nine sessions over 10 weeks from Thursday, September 4th until Thursday, November 6th from 11:30am to 1:00pm PST (no group on October 2)

Who this is for: anyone with blood sugar concerns (diabetes, prediabetes, GDM, family history, or caring for a loved one with diabetes) who has read or is interested in reading Intuitive Eating for Diabetes and connecting and reflecting in a like-minded community. This group is not a substitute for individual nutrition counseling or therapy needs.

Investment: $55 per session, billed weekly or one payment of $475 ($20 savings). By registering, you are committing to the entire 9 week series, but if you miss a session you’ll receive the recording to watch on your own.
