Holiday Eating

ALL foods fit in a "healthy diet," whether it's a holiday or not. ⠀

So, whether your holiday celebration is big or small or not at all, joyous or challenging, super festive or extra low-key, I wish you a wonderful holiday full of all the foods you truly enjoy. ⠀

Our bodies need regular nourishment (every 3-4 hours for most) on this and all days. Eat what you like and leave the rest.

Choose your conversations and interactions wisely:⠀
- You can bow out of convos focusing on diet talk, feasting penitence, or laden with food shame. ⠀
- You can tell other adults that they may not body bash or discuss their restrictive food practices in front of your children (or you)⠀
- You can choose to say "ALL FOODS FIT" when others babble on about food guilt for eating delicious, seasonal foods that are meant to bring people together to give thanks. ⠀
