What's for Dinner?

Looking for a tasty, satisfying, crowd-pleasing meal that will come together quickly with minimal mess? Look no further than these sheet pan fajitas. I’ve been making them for years and will often double or triple the recipe for lots of leftovers. This recipe calls for chicken, but feel free to sub with your protein of choice and adjust the cooking time accordingly. Serve with tortillas, rice, beans, guacamole, sour cream, cheese, lettuce, salsa, etc. - whatever you like!
